Duties and Responsibilities:

Our goal is to provide the highest level of technical support and customer service for every client. DigitalEdge is a highly successful purchasing program that includes some of the top instructional technology products at the best prices in the country. The program is based out of Educational Service District 112 and partners with education institutions and public agencies throughout the region to get you the best prices for your classrooms.

How it works:

• Unlike other bid programs, there are no membership, subscription or administrative fees added to the prices.

• The bid has already been done for you! You save time, effort and resources using DigitalEdge rather than conducting your own competitive bid. You purchase the items directly from Avidex - no bidding is necessary.

• Unlike other contracts, our pricing includes shipping and handling!

Here are instructions on how to order:

Please follow the following guidelines when purchasing products from the DigitalEdge Contract.

How to submit your purchase order:

1. Fax your P.O. to 425.274.7091. Include on the order the ESD Contract #ESD112-DE-09 as well as the Quantity, Item and Price. Bill To and Ship To Addresses and Contact Info should also be included in the fax.

2. If mailing in your order, address the orders to: AVIDEX C/O/ Harold Friedman 13555 Bel-Red Road, Suite 226 Bellevue, WA 98005

3. All quotes and orders should state the DigitalEdge Contract #ESD112-DE-09.

4. Fax the completed order to Harold Friedman at 425.274.7091 and fax a copy of the order and the vendor price quote to the DigitalEdge office at 360.696.3099. (All orders must be faxed to both fax numbers, Avidex and DigitalEdge.)

  • Your order will be reviewed and checked by Avidex.
  • You will be contacted to make any necessary corrections.
  • Your order will be issued to the vendor within 24 hours during the business week after all (if any) corrections are made.
