The WSU Spokane Academic Center consists of 15-classrooms, 2-teaching auditoriums and 5-conference rooms. While the spaces varied in size they all incorporated Polycom video conferencing equipment and AMX control touch panels.

The classrooms and teaching auditoriums are equipped with Epson LCD projectors, Epson Document Cameras, Analog Way switcher/scaler, Shure wireless microphones, Sound Advance ceiling tile speakers, Biamp power amplifiers, Phonic Ear assistive listening devices, GO Video VCR/DVD combo units, Ebeam interactive white board pods, Polycom VSX8400 codecs, Wall mounted cameras, Audio Science ceiling microphones all of which are controlled via an AMX control system. Custom podiums and equipment racks in each room house all the equipment.

The 5-conference rooms are all equipped with NEC flat panel displays with speakers, Analog Way switcher/scaler, Electrovoice microphones, Biamp mixer, Phonic Ear assistive listening devices, GO Video VCR/DVD combo units, Polycom VSX8800 codecs and Wall mounted cameras. There is also table mounted Altinex pop up boxes for connectivity in each of the conference room tables to allow the user to display/present their material on the NEC flat panels. Again, this equipment is controlled via an AMX control system. Custom cabinetry was designed for each room to house all of the equipment.
