The Help Desk is available for our Flex Support and Global Maintenance & Support Services clients, Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day.  Customers can log and request support services through this convenient channel.

The Technical Application Center provides a centralized problem analysis and troubleshooting for our Maintenance and Support Agreement clients who require support beyond our HelpDesk services.  The Technical Application Center can remotely monitor clients’ systems while providing technical support for video and audio conferencing.

The Field Support Service Group consists of the best manufacture-trained and certified technicians, engineers, and design engineers who are responsible for resolving your audio visual concerns in the field.
