Rachel Chase, SPHR

As Vice President of Human Resources, Rachel Chase leads Avidex’s people strategy, organizational development, and culture initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience, she has helped growing and global organizations build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and navigate organizational growth and transformation.

Throughout her career, Rachel has held senior HR and leadership roles supporting both U.S. and international operations. Her experience includes leading global HR functions, overseeing regional people strategies across North America and Latin America, and serving in a Chief of Staff capacity alongside executive leadership. She brings broad expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, communications, M&A, and change management.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
