As the Vice President of Human Resources, Katelyn and her team are responsible for developing and implementing highly effective people and culture strategies and practices which align to our business strategy and positively impact our company and culture. 

With several years of progressive leadership across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises, Katelyn has built a distinguished career at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose. Her expertise spans global workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee experience, DEI, and change management.  

Katelyn holds a master's degree in human resources management from Fordham University and obtained a Business Coaching Certification from North Carolina State University. She currently serves on the board of directors for The American Heart Association and Teach for America.
