As the Vice President of Human Resources, Alex Semilof is responsible for developing and implementing highly effective HR strategies and practices that positively impact our company and culture. Alex and the HR team that he leads are proactively building HR capabilities that scale to meet Avidex’s evolving organization, management, and employee requirements.

Alex’s background includes 35 years of experience addressing complex human resource issues with efficient operations and consistency while meeting the highest standards for integrity and compliance. Alex is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and earned his Ph.D. from Union Institute and University.
